Important: Please read the following Terms and Conditions before participating in the Instagram event to be conducted by Bushiroad International Pte Ltd. By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and warrant that you satisfy all the eligibility requirements set out below.

1. The event is open to all attendees at CharaExpo USA 2019, except for the employees of Bushiroad, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected to the company.
2. No purchase is required to participate in the event.
3. Entry in the event will be deemed as an acceptance of its terms and conditions.
4. Entry must meet all requirement as specified, to be eligible. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications will be not be accepted.
5. Entries will be accepted starting from 7th December 2019, 9:00 PST and ending on 8th December 2019, 17:30 PST.
6. Closing date for entry will be 8th December 2019, 17:30 PST, after which no further entries will be accepted.
7. Each participant is limited to receiving only one (1) sticker, which will be given at random. Additional stickers will not be given for multiple entries.
8. The given items shall be at the sole discretion of Bushiroad International Pte Ltd. They are not for sale. No cash or other substitution shall be permitted, except at the discretion of Bushiroad International Pte Ltd.
9. Bushiroad International Pte Ltd reserves the right to substitute the items with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
10. Bushiroad International Pte Ltd reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, amend, suspend or modify the event, and its terms and conditions without prior notice.
11. Bushiroad International Pte Ltd’s decision in all matters related to the event will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Participants agree to the use of their names, images, as well as their entries in any publicity material, without further compensation, notice, review or consent. 13. By participating in the event, the participant agrees to release and hold Bushiroad, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, directors and employees from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) his/her participation in this contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical issues of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software, or mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry or the contest process; (v) electronic or human error in the processing of entries or the administration of the contest.
