Freshcabbage ran a standard 8 Standby Mushoku Tensei: jobless reincarnation list that aimed at overpowering the opponent in the mid game and building an insurmountable advantage.

With the recent update to the restriction list, Mushoku Tensei: jobless reincarnation decks may no longer run both “Strong Body” GhislaineStrong Body Ghislaine and “Just a Child” RudeusJust a Child Rudeus in the same list. While the closest equivalent to “Just a Child” RudeusJust a Child Rudeus would be SylphSylph, but this would mean having to splash Green or replace the Roxy package, resulting in a possible loss in consistency. “Sword God Style” GhislaineSword God Style Ghislaine would be a good replacement that helps in both the mirror match and against other decks running Standby.

On the other side, Middyspring-chan’s Choice/Gate BanG! Dream list looked towards building a strong late game board state with “Rausch und/and Craziness Ⅱ” CHU²Rausch und/and Craziness Ⅱ CHU² boosted by Astonishing Speed, PAREOAstonishing Speed, PAREO, as well as chaining attacks with the climax combo effect of “Astral Harmony” Mashiro KurataAstral Harmony Mashiro Kurata.

The Americas regional finals saw an exciting finale once again featuring a full stage of Proof of Trust, HestiaProof of Trust, Hestia against the eclectic cast of RWBY.
