With effect from August 9, 2024, Weiß Schwarz English Edition will be updating the restriction list to maintain a healthy tournament environment. The following restrictions will apply for all official tournaments:
Avatar: The Last Airbender

Intern-kun note: While Avatar: The Last Airbender has maintained a healthy X-2 and conversion rate, the unpredictability that Sokka: Offering Different Perspectives provides has contributed to an increasingly unhealthy environment. Sokka may have been offering players with one too many perspectives, allowing them additional attacks at all stages of the game for minimal cost.
The restriction aims to reduce the unpredictability of playing against Avatar: The Last Airbender, allowing for more skill expression in the game.
Chainsaw Man

Intern-kun note: Chainsaw Man has been on a rampage, with over 50% of players achieving X-2 and a conversion rate of over 20%.
Forming an Alliance, Himeno and Break Time, Himeno form the core of the Easy Revenge! 
engine, allowing players to generate a resource advantage while building towards the eventuality of Public Safety Devil Extermination Special Division 4, Aki Hayakawa. In tandem, the package has offered players with a little too much consistency and efficiency.
While the statistics may be slightly skewed due to Bushiroad Spring Fest 2024 being a team tournament, we will be taking pre-emptive action to prevent any further bloodshed in the upcoming Bushiroad Championship Series 24/25 season.
