Weiß Schwarz Neo-Showdown 2014 is one of the major events in Bushiroad Spring Fest, alongside with Cardfight!! Vanguard Team League and Future Card Buddyfight Buddy Challenge.

Before Top 8: Top 8: * The organiser/judge may decide to run a Round 0 depending on the number of participants. |
| Deck Regulations/ Requirements | • Fighters are required to use opaque card sleeves so that the back of cards cannot be easily distinguished. A maximum of 2 layers of sleeves is allowed.

| Finalist Prizes | • Champion will receive a Champion Certificate and an invitation to the respective Continental Championship Finals. Travel and accommodation expenses will be provided for champions 2, except to players from the United Kingdom, Portugal, USA-Los Angeles and Singapore Regional Qualifiers. Portugal and UK invitees will be provided with travel expenses but NOT accommodation. Minors will need confirmation from a parent or guardian to earn the invitation to travel.
• 1st Runner-Up will receive a 2nd Place Certificate and an invitation to the respective Continental Championship. |
1 Entry fee may apply if the tournaments are held within another event.

Continental Championship

| Tournament Structure | • Swiss Format • Best out of 1 game, 1 game per round • Cut to Top 4 (Depending on number of players) • 30 minutes per round • Tie breakers will be calculated by the matching software Top 4 |
| Prizes | • Champion will receive the Neo-Showdown 2014 Continental Champion Trophy and a Neo-Showdown 2014 2014 Continental Champion Certificate. • 1st Runner-Up will receive a Neo-Showdown 2014 Continental 2nd Place Certificate. • 2nd Runner-Up will receive a Neo-Showdown 2014 Continental 3rd Place Certificate. • 3rd Runner-Up will receive a Neo-Showdown 2014 Continental 4th Place Certificate. |

Weiss Schwarz Free Fight

| Eligibility | Anyone may participate |
| Tournament Structure | Free Fight is a format to play simply for fun without competition. Participants can go in and out freely during the Free Fight time. Fighters will be randomly matched against a new opponent after each match. |
| Deck Regulations/ Requirements | Both English Edition and Japanese Edition may be used. |
| Participation Prize | All fighters participating in 2 or more matches will receive one PR card.
