Regarding "[CONT] If the number of cards in your stock is four or less, this card gets +500 power, and gets "[AUTO] Encore (Put a character from your hand into your waiting room)"." I have one card on my stage with this ability called "Character A", and one other reversed "Character B". During my encore step, "Character B" is putd in the waiting room first, and back to the stage by paying 3 cost for encore. As a result, my stock drops to below 4 cards. In this case, can I still encore "Character A" by putting one card to the waiting room from hand?
Yes, you can. Since the conditions for this [CONT] ability was already met when the card was sent to the waiting room, it is possible to put one character to the waiting room in order to encore this card. At this point, it is also possible to encore by paying 3 cost from stock.
