【Special Announcement】Omission of SY/W08-071 in the English Edition Weiss Schwarz “The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya”
We have decided to omit SY/W08-071 from the English edition of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya as our development team felt that the card would create an unhealthy play environment, both casually and competitively. In the Japanese edition of the game, this card was restricted from all formats as game balance had been upset after its release.
To prevent such an occurrence in the English Edition Weiss Schwarz, the card has been removed from the set, and has been replaced with SY/W08-E104 “Curious Haruhi”.
We understand that some of you were looking forward to the card. We hope for your kind understanding as we try to keep the play environment healthy for everyone.
